Mauritius Tours

I cannot thank my new friend Jen Ny of Mauritius Tours for being my advocate, our guide and mostly importantly a truly beautiful person. An unexpected medical emergency meant we had to cancel 2 trips planned. The past 3 days whilst in hospital you and Jay have been our guardian angels of which myself and Peter will never forget. Our trip to Mauritius didn’t quite go to plan, but we are already planning our return ❣️Thank you for my beautiful flowers of which make our room view even more beautiful 😍

What an amazing day out! Thank you so much to Jenny and Jay, you guys made our day super memorable. As regular visitors to the island, and having done a number of different tours in the past, my wife and I got to see some incredibly beautiful places that we would never have discovered without Mauritius Tours, from waterfalls to caves, beaches and rockpools, and even a local restaurant for lunch that allowed us to sample some genuine Mauritian cuisine. A most unforgettable experience away from the maddening crowd, with a small group of interesting people who shared many laughs and stories along the way. Highly recommended!

An absolute 10/10 day with Mauritius Tours on their Wild South Tour! Super well briefed beforehand, a fantastic variety of stops (waterfalls, secret spots, local food, and walks), and a calm, accommodating pace managed by a team that truly looks out for you. Thank you to Jay and Jenny - if you're looking for a smooth and memorable adventure in Mauritius, look no further!

We had an incredible day out on the Wild South Tour with Mauritius Tours! From the very beginning, we were briefed thoroughly so we knew what to expect. The itinerary offered a wonderful mix of waterfalls, beach time, a coastal walk, and delicious local food. Nothing felt rushed - every stop was given plenty of time to really soak it all in. The organizers paid close attention to everyone in the group, keeping a comfortable pace and making sure nobody felt left behind. It felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend if you want to see a hidden, rugged side of the island.

We had a fantastic experience with Mauritius Tours. The private tour was brilliant from start to finish, with excellent service and a very friendly, welcoming approach throughout. Our son loved Roxy the tour dog who kept him entertained throughout the day. Everything was well organised, and the whole experience made exploring the beautiful island of Mauritius even more enjoyable. The service Jenny and her friendly guide dog Roxy provided was professional, personal, and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Mauritius Tours to anyone visiting the island and looking for a memorable, stress-free experience. We would definitely use them again! Thank you Jenny and Roxy for making our time in Mauritius so special!

Our family of 4 from NZ had a fantastic day out yesterday with Jay @Mauritius Tours We decided on the Wild South Tour and were taken to some stunning spots that really show-cased the natural beauty of this island. Jay came with a wealth of knowledge, was extremely tentative and made sure we took home some wonderful memories of Mauritius. Thank you Jenny and Jay - I would not hesitate in booking a tour with these great people!

It was wonderful. Jenny and Roxy made my day something very special. We visited many beautiful places, had a delicious lunch, and great conversations. I was able to discover some new places; since it is not my first time in Mauritius, Jenny kept asking me where I had already been or not. Swimming in a natural pool right by the sea was great, and we visited waterfalls that left me speechless. It was one of my best days here, and I am already planning the next excursion with Jenny and Roxy. It was also very good that she called me beforehand to give me information and coordinate with me. Jenny picked me up directly at the Airbnb and also brought me back. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic Tour!!!We were a group of 15 seniors under the able guidance and expertise of Jenny from @mauritiustours, visiting and hiking along an amazing site on the south coast of the island, covering over 4.5 km to discover the breathtaking and stunning work of nature in volcanic rock. The multitude of colours of the ocean could be clearly admired through the waves. Although it was a sunny day, we were naturally refreshed by the cool ocean breeze as we journeyed along the shady walking track. We are all Mauritians, but none of us had ever visited this place before and we would have never found these places on our own. I was quite surprised, and it reminded me that we too are blessed by nature. We have a similar site to the Twelve Apostles along the iconic Great Ocean Road in Australia, although of course with fewer limestone stacks. After the hike, we were pleased to walk through the sugar cane fields, enjoying the smell of fresh cane and taking many of us back down memory lane to special moments from our childhood.Thereafter, we were spoiled with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant called Blue Bamboo. Coincidentally, it was Bamboo Day. What a coincidence, but what a very well-thought-out touch! We had asked Jenny to make the day extra special, and she surprised us with a birthday cake for three of our birthday friends. We continued our day with a relaxing afternoon at a beautiful nearby beach which was almost deserted. Jenny knows all the right spots. We are all grateful to the youngest lady, Jenny, for organising such a wonderful day out, including the helpful tips she gave us well ahead of the day. The chauffeur-driven vehicle at our disposal was very clean and comfortable. As a bonus, Jenny provided us with useful information throughout the trip and was always attentive to all our needs, so much so that we felt like she was our head teacher, out of good faith, of course! We were all delighted to have her with our group. In fact, one of our group members jokingly suggested that we should vote for her as the next Prime Minister!A visit to these sites is highly recommended for children, youngsters and elders alike, with, of course, a word of caution regarding one’s own safety. For such hikes, it is important to go with a licensed and experienced tour operator like @mauritius tours!

We kept reading about @Mauritius Tours and their incredible hiking dog, Roxy, so we decided to read the reviews and eventually contacted them. Wow, we were absolutely blown away!We requested Mauritius Tours to organize a hiking tour for our group of friends celebrating three birthdays, and they made the whole day absolutely perfect and special. They even checked the weather conditions carefully before our tour. We’ve hired tour operators before, but Mauritius Tours genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience, so they recommended choosing a sunny day rather than simply going ahead with the original date. That really showed us how much they cared about the experience, not just the booking. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organized. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated knowing that we were with a licensed and insured operator where safety always came first. We discovered some of the rugged cliffs and wild landscapes of Mauritius that we had never seen before. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and it felt like we were seeing a completely different side of the island. The tour was thoughtfully tailored to everyone’s different abilities, so everyone could enjoy the experience without feeling pressured. Mauritius Tours also organized lunch for us, and we ended the day relaxing at a beautiful beach. It was the perfect way to celebrate friendship, life and three very special birthdays. We still talk about that day and about how incredible Jenny and her team were. Their passion, care and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable. We would absolutely hire Mauritius Tours again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of Mauritius beyond the usual tourist spots.
